Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure governance, reporting, and compliance across GT portfolios from demand to closure. Maintain data integrity, support stage-gate processes, and enable executive visibility through accurate dashboards and artefacts. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Reporting: Prepare weekly dashboards (RAG status, ageing, budget vs progress) using Clarity, MPL, and Demand Tracker. Stage-Gate Compliance: Validate Technical Go-Live and Closure criteria; coordinate CRs and rebaseline approvals. Demand Lifecycle Support: Assist PMs with MPL/Demand hygiene, BCD/CR artefacts, tranche activation, and write-off guidance.

Audit & Compliance: Collate evidence for GIA/PwC audits; maintain single source of truth for submissions. Data Integrity: Detect and remediate cost posting exceptions; ensure clean data for executive reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Strong portfolio reporting and analytics (Excel, Power BI). Knowledge of PMO governance processes, CR/rebaseline, and audit requirements. Proficiency in Clarity PPM, Fusion, SharePoint, Confluence, Fieldglass. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Tools: Clarity, Fusion, SharePoint, Confluence, Fieldglass, Power BI, JIRA Operating Rhythm: Weekly governance reviews, monthly KPI reporting, ad-hoc audit and CR support.
